EXPO HALL · LIVE STATION · DOORS OPEN

Conference merch printing that turns a booth into the busiest stop on the floor

Merch Troop brings the presses, the crew, and the blanks to your conference. Attendees pick a design, watch it printed, and walk the hall wearing your brand — while your team works a line that never stops forming.

TRACK 01 · WHY IT WORKS

Three jobs one station does at a conference

BOOTH TRAFFIC

A reason to stop that a brochure never gives

Attendees will cross the hall for a free shirt being printed in front of them. The queue itself becomes signage: a visible line signals your booth is worth a look, and every person waiting is a captive two-to-four minute conversation for your sales team.

ATTENDEE GIFTING

Swag people actually keep and wear

Pre-printed giveaways end up in hotel trash cans. A garment an attendee chose — their size, their colorway, pressed while they watched — gets worn on the flight home. Full-color DTF transfers mean photo-quality art, not one-color compromises.

SPONSOR VALUE

A line item sponsors are happy to fund

Selling a title sponsor on a lanyard logo is hard. Selling them the official merch station — their mark on every shirt, their name announced at the queue — is easy. We regularly co-brand stations so organizers recover most of the station cost from a single sponsorship tier.

TRACK 02 · SHOW DAY

How a conference print day actually runs

  1. 6:30aLOAD-IN

Crew arrives with presses, dryers, and boxed blanks. We handle dock scheduling, carts, and venue paperwork you forward to us.

  2. 8:00aSOUND CHECK

Test prints on every press, art files staged by design, sizes racked so the line moves. Your booth staff gets a 10-minute walkthrough.

  3. 9:00aDOORS

Expo opens. One crew member runs intake and sizing, the rest keep presses moving at 60–80 pieces an hour each through the morning rush.

  4. 12:30pSESSION BREAK SURGE

The biggest waves hit between sessions. We stage popular sizes ahead of the break so the queue clears before the next keynote starts.

  5. 5:00pSTRIKE

Teardown, floor sweep, and a count of pieces printed by design — a number your team can put straight into the post-show recap.
