Conference printing services, from booth bar to ballroom

Every engagement is a staffed, insured, turnkey station: equipment, crew, blanks, and artwork prep arrive together. You pick the format that fits your floor plan and your audience.

EXPO BOOTH PRINT BAR

The booth-traffic engine

A DTF heat-press station built into your 10×10 or 10×20. Attendees choose from three to six pre-approved designs, we size and press while they watch, and your reps work the queue. Best for exhibitors who need conversations, not just impressions. Throughput: 60–80 pieces per press, per hour.

HAT + PATCH BAR

The fastest line on the concourse

Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps plus a wall of embroidered patches. Attendees build their own combination and we press it in under a minute. Because there is no size decision, this format clears long lines quickly — ideal for registration areas and sponsor lounges.

MONOGRAM & EMBROIDERY

The VIP touch

On-site embroidery for initials and names on totes, robes, polos, and gifted bags. Slower per piece, unbeatable for speaker gifts, executive dinners, and hosted-buyer programs where fifty perfect items beat five hundred fast ones.

LIVE SCREEN PRINT

The spectacle

A manual carousel press on the floor, pulling your sponsor design in real ink. It is the most photographed thing we do — organizers use it as a content moment as much as a giveaway. Single design, big volume, unforgettable smell of a real print shop.

What arrives when Merch Troop arrives

  • Crew. Trained printers who talk to attendees, not just machines. Staffing is $250/hr and covers setup, live hours, breaks, and strike.
  • Equipment. Heat presses, conveyor dryer where volume demands it, hat presses, embroidery heads, backup units, and a clean branded table setup.
  • Blanks. Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan heavyweights, hoodies, Richardson 112 caps, totes — sized runs based on your registration data.
  • Artwork prep. We take your brand files, prepare print-ready art, and produce transfers before the show so floor time goes to pressing, not fixing.
  • Logistics. Certificate of insurance for the venue, dock and drayage coordination, power orders, and fire-marshal-friendly layouts.

TRACK 03 · SPECS

What your booth needs to host us

Space

10×10 minimum for one press; 10×20 lets us stage a queue and a pickup rack separately.

Power

Two dedicated 20-amp circuits for a standard station. We send the exact power order language for your venue form.

Time

90 minutes for load-in and test prints; 60 minutes for strike. We work around your general contractor's schedule.

Art

Vector files or 300-dpi PNGs two weeks out. Rush art happens all the time — we just like to say it out loud first.
